    However he seems to have strange surges of evil genius. It reminds me of something I read about

    Hitler. I have upped his rating from Mentally chalenged to psychotic, with multiple personality disorder. Only a few of the people in his

    head are actually retarded. One is pure brilliant evil, and the rest are… who knows.
