(Is it wise to give your customers time to forget why they come to you?)

I am completely non-violent. My crime was rhetorical. In the offending message, I mentioned a device of the French Revolution. I do so to acknowledge there is a point when “the people” won’t put up with “the rulers” any longer. It’s happened before; it WILL happen again.

The US avoided this kind of revolution 100 years ago by standing up to the robber barons, who were by comparison generous pussycats compared to our techno-oligarchs. Today’s billionaires are shockingly greedy and are beyond the reach of Justice. They are not the least afraid of a mob with pitchforks or the guillotine.

It appears that they may be afraid of a freely elected government directed by voters to take any of their wealth, no matter how trivial a piece. Ironically, they will give millions of dollars to avoid taxation. Greedy idiots, convinced of their own brilliance and superiority.

I hope we avoid violence but with a Mad King and a spineless Congress, one can’t help but think of previous revolutions.

Check your voter registration and vote early and in person if you can. This may be our last hope.

– – – – –

Here is my offending post and Bluesky’s response:

The following Post was removed:

#musk is a hideous person.
