Paul Broun (R-GA) held a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.onlineathens.com\/stories\/022311\/new_789646706.shtml\">town hall meeting<\/a> in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. During the question and answer session, one constituent asked a particularly outlandish question.
