Flickr provides a great way to show my latest photos to lots of people, friends and strangers. However, flickr’s sets and collections are not as useful to me as Picasa’s albums. Each service has different benefits, so I use them both. Although descriptions of photos are available on both flickr and Picasa, I like saying more now and then, and so that led me to creating the photo blog. I regret giving you three paths to follow, but I hope you will wander down each a few steps.

At one time, I thought Facebook might replace Picasa for me. Facebook has albums and makes it easy for my friends to see my photos.
