I thought being stinking rich decreased one&#8217;s incentive to work. If you&#8217;re poor, you have the greatest incentive to work: starvation. Unless, of course, you&#8217;re completely demoralized by the belief that only the Rich have rights and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Are Republicans and Independents really going to swallow the whole <em>Tax and Spend<\/em> bullshit yet again?
