In a New York Times Magazine profile released online today, right-wing radio talker Rush Limbaugh declares himself \u201cthe intellectual engine of the conservative movement.\u201d Described by reporter Zev Chafets as \u201cless a theoretician than a popularizer\u201d whose \u201cconcerns are economic,\u201d Limbaugh proudly says, \u201cI consider myself a defender of corporate America<\/a>.\u201d Limbaugh\u2019s claim is supported by the aggressive manner in which he acts as a \u201cpitchman\u201d for products on his show: <\/p>\n
