The 2026 Midterms are nearly settled and the results are comforting. The Democrats will provide the check on Trump’s lunacy for two years. They will keep him from appointing another SCOTUS Justice. They will investigate and pressure the incompetent toadies who surround Trump.

Thanks to everyone who ran, their staffs, and everyone who voted. Democracy survived the test. We have reason to believe it will also survive 2028.
