a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds." -- Sam Adams

Boy, i hit it right on the head when i found this site. I see where you were upset over the journal

not reporting even one line about a judge who is one of the top vote getters in the county. Then you asked what else the Journal might

not be reporting or undereporting. Boy can I give a good exapmple of that.
I have approached two of the Journals health writers

and the publisher of the papaer of a huge story that should under no circumstances be ommitted from the paper. I am a victim of mercury

dental poiaoning, I becasme ill when i was 23 three years old. with this poisoning. I was a student at UNM. I was 43 years of age when

doctors finally found out what was wrong with me. I suffered immune system disorder, seizures, and a host of life threatening problems.

my case was taken in front of Congress about a year ago. I have been scheduled to testify in front of the FDa. Our governmetn has allowed

something terrible to happen to its citizens for decades which has masqueraded as alzheimers disease in some poeple, and numerous other

problems. i have been out to help put a stop to the use of this horrible poison in peoples teeth fillings, I couldnt get the Albuquerque

Journal people to do a story on this for the life of me. I went to Texas where my parents have lived, and not only got an article in

Dallas area newspapers, but also on WFAA tv, a major Dallas TV station. But the Journal wouldnt hear of it. One nice reporter who was at

the Jpurnal city desk counldnt imagine why this story hadnt been done. newspapers across the country, bigger then the Albuquerque

joural have covered this story, But Journal writers care so little about the citizens of New Mexico that they wouldnt do a article on

this story. The journal is a stinkaroo newspaper not wothy of a lot of things, It is ertanly bot worthy of accolades. Im sorry this

Judge didnt get a single line on her in the paper, and Im sorry people will continue to sicken and die from mercury poisoning from

dental fillings becasue the Journal wont do their part to publish a much needed story on the killing of mankind by our wonderful

government and its stupidity.-Thanks,Virginia Pritchett

Hear! Hear! I'm a friend, but I'm also an

admirer of Merri as a human being, in general, and as a Probate Judge in particular. Even though she was unopposed, I cast a vote for

her anyway because I wanted to show my support for her and the fine job she (and her staff) are doing over there at the County building.

I suspect I'm not the only one with that in mind as a reason to punch her button.

On a pretty much unrelated matter, before I

read your blog entry, I had checked the election results at the Secretary of State's website to see how Mer (and others) had fared. I

admit I was curious about what kind of showing Geraldine Amato made in the Sheriff's race. I was surprised, and, I confess, somewhat

alarmed that she received 41% of the vote. I suspect more than one voter thought, she doesn't have a chance, what the hell? What the

hell? George W Bush, that's what the hell.
